Message: Someone mentioned they made sandwiches, so I stopped in to try one out. Beyond the cold cuts I was expecting, they had a variety of hot sandwiches, too, including my favorite, the Cuban. The sandwich was spectacular, the meats and cheese were flavorful, the bread was the right amount of soft, and the pickles were crunchy dills. One of the best I've ever had! While I was waiting for my sandwich, I asked about the ribs and got a half rack to take home. Even on the reheat, they are tender and literally fall off the bone. Not only do they know their meats, but they know how to prepare them! I can't wait to try more of the variety of offerings they have, but I will definitely be coming back for more of those ribs. Spoil yourself and get a rack!

Message: Had a family reunion and ordered 12# of their smoked brisket. It was amazing, delicious and everyone raved about it! It literally melted in your mouth and the left overs made great sandwiches. Sooooo yummy.

Message: Amazing butcher shop, one of the best I’ve ever been to. The smell of perfectly smoked meats wraps you up like a warm blanket as soon as you enter the shop. The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is an incredible variety of high quality and specialty cuts of meat along with their daily smoked ribs, brisket, and homemade sides available for purchase. They even have gourmet sandwiches, made to order, available here! There is a wide variety of rubs, sauces, ingredients and sides to help make your next BBQ complete. If you haven’t been here yet, you are going to love experiencing this gem the minute you walk through the door. Great work to the crew at Flicker, looking forward to many future visits!

Message: Come see the bear out front! Smoked brisket in photo below. Excellent local butcher and deli shop. The smell is amazing and hits you as soon as the door opens. They sometimes have bison or elk available. Thurs-Sun they have food in a hot case like ribs, brisket (photo below of brisket and pork butt), and pork shoulder. They're all smoked and have a great crust. You can usually order a sandwich or similar otherwise. They have started carrying things like duck eggs and whole rabbits now for added variety.. Items to keep in mind: Brisket, Pork shoulder/butt, smoked brisket brat (packs), blended rib burger meat, and the hot case mac and cheese. The owner started when they were 15 and took over less than a year ago after 14-15yrs of working under the last owner (who still stops in).

Message: This was my first time visiting this business. It has a lot of interesting products and many kinds of meat and cheese. They also sell sandwiches and sides. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Message: So much to love about this place: Excellent Customer service, fresh made beef sticks, brats, Juicy Lucy's, samples, bacon smoked on site, and a lot of variety. They also serve sandwiches.

Message: Good beef sticks and jerky.. might grab the fresh smoked ribs tomorrow. Friendly staff, joked around with other customers.. loved the decor.. consulting up here.. not in the area often so I had to check the local spots.. this was a win.. only knock.. seemed a mite expensive.
