Message: The food is good usually and I'm in and out pretty fast. Today I went in and it was just a mess. They didnt even know what was on their new Smokey brisket sandwich. While I was in line for 20 min 6 people behind me had walked out. The cashier was moving really slowly as well.

Message: I needed to feed 50 physicians for a morning conference at the clinic and when I originally called the Grand Ave. location, no one answered for 5 tries, then they put me on hold and forgot about me. So I called here.. They were late coming to drop off because they were unorganized. They also forgot the knives for all the cream cheese... I understand mistakes happen, but when my clinic pays you $130, you should probably do the best job possible. With that said, they did individually wrap each pre-sliced bagel and provide serving ware for the fruit bowls. Very nice presentation.. They received our business because Grand wouldn't answer my calls/get me off hold.. I have decided, I will return. Thank you Bruegger's.
