Hackenmueller Meats

Message: I have been wanting to try and make bone broth for a while now! My uncle does some deliveries for Hackenmueller Meats so I asked him if he would take me so I could get some bones for my bone broth. Havkenmueller’s is a great little meat market in the heart of downtown Robbinsdale! Not only do they have any kind of meat that you can think of the have their own line of prepackaged meals and side dishes and much, much more! If you are looking for a local, small town feel meat market this is the place for you! I ended up getting some bones and some oxtails for my bone broth! Can’t wait to make it!

Message: I love shopping at Hackenmueller's for fresh and frozen meats. The people who help me are always accommodating and pleasant. As a single person I buy much smaller portions. Four homemade weiners, half dozen chicken wings, half lb. of side dishes, etc. I leave smiling. It's like being in a "candy store. " If you haven't shopped there, give it a try. I'd be surprised if aren't very satisfied too.

Message: I love Hackenmueller's! Everything I've bought here has been outstanding quality and their prices are very reasonable. The service is also fantastic! It's a kitchy cool little market with some frozen items, bread and cheese in addition to meats. I stop in about every other week and prefer purchasing meats from them vs the grocery store. So glad to have them in cute little Robbinsdale!

Message: Amazing service and a huge selection of unique and traditional meats and sides. Super friendly staff who have tons of personality and a smile.

Message: My wife and I have been going here over the last two years, and they have a great variety to choose from. We recently picked up bones for bone broth and it was amazing. The staff are always welcoming and happy to help when you have questions.

Message: This is the place to buy great steaks. The frozen food selection has many items I keep going back to like the wild rice soup and the scalloped potatoes. The more eclectic cuts of meat are frozen but at least they have them; ham hock, oxtail, lamb. Their beef jerky does not keep very well and goes bad in a few days if not refrigerated. Well prepared, dried and salted beef jerky should stay unspoiled for months. That's my only knock on Hackenmuellers.

Message: Love this place, been coming here practically weekly for years. Great selection, the staff are extremely helpful & friendly. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for steaks. Our dogs are disappointed if I come home without their soup bones.

Message: Been going there for many decades, a classic Meat Market known for their steaks, brats, ham and especially good bacon. Also a fair selection of Frozen foods and Bridgeman's ice cream among others. Small batch pancake syrup from Wisconsin and lingonberry jam from Sweden. Also as seen below one of the few places left that cuts a porterhouse steak.
