Kowalski's Markets

Message: Always quality ingredients and friendly, helpful people. Best higher end grocery store in the area. They now have a build your own pasta bar (closes at 8:30) which is excellent! The New space is incredible.

Message: I generally enjoy shopping at any Kowalski's, but this one is extra great because of the relatively generous off-street parking in an area of town that doesn't often happen. Good food selection, good place to look for hard-to-find ingredients. Fun gift section. Liquor store in the same building is a big plus. Prices are a bit high but that's always been the case with Kowalski's.. I just get the things here that I can't find anywhere else and get basics elsewhere.

Message: I love Kowalskis! All of their signature products are truly delicious, and their deli and hot food bars are incredible as well. Workers are extremely friendly, and I appreciate that there is a parking lot to keep my visits easy. I love their hours, being open until late evening makes my trips extra convenient. Definitely my favorite grocer by far!

Message: I believe this is one of the older locations from this brand, but they do an amazing job with keeping it fresh and looking great inside. The location is huge despite what it looks like outside, the building plays with the eye with its placement but inside it's huge. I saw a local musician entertaining the store, that is def a nod to how in-tune the establishment is to the community it's in. The shelves are stocked and you can find unique local items sold here. I think that's what puts Kowalski's in their own lane, they seem to work with local creatives over their peers. Parking lot can be stressful, coming off a busy street into a parking lot that isn't huge can be a lot for someone to handle. Overall experience was great, I will return and see what else I can find and talk about.

Message: Kowalski's is the fine wine of grocery chains. The staff is friendly and helpful, they bag for you at check-outs, and everything in the store is well placed and lovely. Prices are a tad higher but if you're looking for a higher end grocery experience this is the place!

Message: We love our local kowalskis! It's a great market to have in the neighborhood. Smaller store with everything you'd need. Higher quality items. Prices are generally fairly high, but convenience is key. Deli, cheeses, bakery, hot foods and produce are all extremely good quality and always fresh. Never disappointed! Attached liquor store for a bottle of wine to go with the dinner you just picked up!

Message: I love bringing coffee and Donuts to my work, and with a Starbucks located within, I have a wonderful selection of both to choose from. They also have a wine and spirits store connected to it. Staff are friendly, it is a nice One-Stop shop in the heart of Uptown.

Message: The store was clean, but options can be super limited. Honestly, this place is great for quick dinner options, and they have a ton of prepackaged/instant food options. However, as someone who cooks often, I wish their produce section was larger. I feel like Cub has more stuff to choose from.
