Message: This is hands down, absolutely my favorite Caribou in this general area! The quality of food and service, no matter what I order (which changes a lot) is stellar. Extremely friendly, happy, smiling baristas. The fireplace is so cute and there is plenty of seating all the way to the back of the store. I like that they sell juices and other healthy snack items too. The gluten free breakfast options are so delicious.

Message: My favorite Caribou Coffee, Janelle is phenomenal! and one of the main reasons I continue to come back to this location. Strong leadership skills and amazing customer service. Haven't caught her showing a bad day even though I'm sure she's had them.

Message: Don't like to do this because my normal experience here has been fine. Today it was a little different. The person taking my order seemed disinterested. I had to tell her my perks number because she never asked for it. Unfortunately, I had an oatmeal which was 1/2 a cup and cold. Didn't want to embarrass her but I thought you should know.
